Kitchen sink options, does the type really affect daily use?

I’ve been thinking about replacing my kitchen sink lately, and honestly I didn’t expect it to be this confusing. There are so many options, single bowl, double bowl, different depths, and I’m not sure what actually makes a difference in day to day use.

I checked a few models at Anwer Hardware and they all looked fine at first glance, but once I started comparing sizes and materials, it got a bit overwhelming. Some sinks feel solid and deep, others look good but seem less practical for washing bigger items.

Also not sure if stainless steel is still the safest choice or if other materials are worth considering.

Maybe I’m overthinking it, but since it’s something used constantly, I’d rather get it right the first time.
