We’ve been managing things manually for a while, but errors keep popping up, especially when salaries or deductions change. I recently came across Vertex HCM while looking into software options, but I’m still unsure if switching to a system actually makes things smoother or just adds another layer to manage.
Some people say automation helps a lot, others mention it takes time to set everything up correctly.
