On Tuesday afternoon, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa and Princess Stéphanie paid a visit the Schifflange children’s home "Maisons d'Enfants de l'Etat". They were accompanied by Luxembourg’s Family Minister Marie-Josée Jacobs.

In rainy and gloomy weather, the director of the children’s home René Schmit, welcomed the royal guests.

After a short tour, both the special visitors spent time chatting to the staff and children.
